The Song Saa Reserve is a mixed-use development featuring a combination of resort, hospitality, residential, art and culture, solar farm, and environmental and education projects, covering 233 hectares of former farmland in the Banteay Srei district, Siem Reap province, Cambodia.
In design and operation the Song Saa Reserve will provide an alternative to nearby Siem Reap city, offering lifestyle and state-of-the art hospitality and resident options that appeal to the ethical, wellness, and environmentally and socially conscious investor, resident and guest.
A distinguishing feature of the project will be the dedication of 40 percent of the property to rainforest and waterway restoration activities, through the 1-million tree rainforest restoration programme and the Boeung Chhouk lake and wetland restoration strategy.
